A header bag is a bag with an area at the top of the bag that is either sealed off from the usable bag space or reinforced or both. The function that the header serves is to ready the bag for hanging. Some people refer to this type of bag as “peg-able”.

Header bags are popular for applications that will hang and yet do not require a reclosable feature. If your product is relatively heavy, you might consider adding a reinforcement to your package.
